SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

We make every effort to ship within 3-5 business days. All orders via UPS Ground. UPS doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes so please provide us your address.

Your account will not be charged until your order has shipped.

Rush delivery is available. Please contact Customer Service at info@wildcatterritory.com for more information.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes.

 

RETURN POLICY

Wildcat Territory will take back merchandise under the following conditions:

When items are in original condition Wildcat Territory will accept authorized returns within 10 days of receipt.

Before returning the merchandise contact Customer Service by email at info@wildcatterritory.com for authorization. This is required for all returns. All packages must be marked clearly with the Return Authorization Number.

Please note that we will charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns after the 10-day grace period.

We will not accept merchandise that has been damaged or show signs of wear.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also mail us a check for your order.

2. Refunds - When items are in original condition, we accept authorized returns within 10 days of receipt. Prior to returning merchandise, please log in to your account and contact us via email for a return authorization number.
